Shipping Information

$10 Flat Rate Shipping. It cost $5.00 to ship something as light as a piece of paper due to it being a package and not a letter. If an item or total order weighs over 1 lb it cost $10 to ship. $10 is the maximum you will pay for shipping even if it actually costs more. Fill your cart with a few items to get your money’s worth on shipping.

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground; the order must be received by 12:00PM (noon) central standard time to ship out the same business day.

How do you ship?

We will choose the most effective and cost-efficient method of shipping your items. UPS Ground or USPS Mail are the carriers we utilize. If you have a preference, please, let us know when ordering.

 

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders over $69.00

Free Ground / Priority Shipping is only available for orders that will be delivered to U.S. addresses. Please allow 2-10 Business Days for delivery after your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel Free Shipping at any time.

 

Product Availability

We will make every effort to indicate availability on each of our products. However, in the event of the purchase of an unavailable item, we will notify the purchaser and they will have the option of waiting for the item to become available or cancelling all or part of the order.

We currently provide shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Mail.

Order Processing

Although most orders are processed the same to within 1 business day, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Shipping times will vary according to destination, shipping method, carrier, etc.

 

Return Policy

  1. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date. After 7 days from
    delivery date you must contact RipJax @ ripjaxinc@gmail.com to determine the best course of action. Defective units are covered by RipJax and will be replaced at RipJax’s cost.
  2. A copy of the RipJax email, packing slip or credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
    RipJax invoice may be requested prior to RipJax issuing a Return Authorization.
  3. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
    to request an RA number, please email (ripjaxinc@gmail.com) or call 1- (662) 882-3887, and provide the following information:

  1. Upon receiving receipt of the RA number, send product to:
    Rip Jax Mercantile
    Attention: Stone White
    RA #[RA number]

  2. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. A copy of the RipJax credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
    RipJax invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
  4. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
    specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  5. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to RipJax. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; RipJax is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please, allow 6-7 days after item returned for refund to show in your account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ripjaxinc@gmail.coms and send your item to: Rip Jax Mercantile, 220 N Main Street, Ripley, MS 38663.

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rip Jax Mercantile, 220 N Main Street, Ripley, MS 38663.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
